International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and sales conversion rates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 years of experience in an International BPO environment.
• Proficiency in handling international calls with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
