We’re looking for a hustler/ self starter to join our Consumer Insights & Research passionate team. This role is perfect for someone eager to explore consumer behavior, conduct research, and make data-driven recommendations to solve real-world challenges. Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and design research methodologies tailored to achieve those goals. ● Innovate and implement strategies for user recruitment for research studies. ● Conduct attitudinal and behavioral research through methods like: ○ User interviews and calls ○ Community Household Visits (CHVs) ○ Field visits ● Analyze data and distill actionable consumer insights to inform product, marketing, tech, and sales strategies. ● Create and present research reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. What We’re Looking For ● Qualification & Experience: Graduate ( preferably B Tech/ BBA) 1-2 years of Experience ● Passion for consumer research: A strong interest in understanding what drives consumer behavior. ● Analytical mindset: Ability to derive meaningful insights from qualitative and quantitative data. ● Innovative thinker: Creativity in crafting recruitment strategies and designing research methodologies
