*Position:* Client Servicing Professional
*Work Schedule:* 5 days a week (Any One Saturday working mandatory)
*Office Timing*: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
*Location*: Mumbai, Chennai
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
- Lead key initiatives with stakeholders through comprehensive understanding of
requirements and designing Hiring execution plans.
- The client service representative needs to call an existing client to encourage increased
product usage and, if needed, arrange a meeting or demo to provide further assistance.
- Support in On Campus Drive and Recruitment.
- Needs to support on triggering assessment, coordinating for assessments.
- Initiate engagement and awareness programs with existing and potential campuses in the
region.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and clients to ensure seamless execution of
campaigns and hiring activities.
- Oversee end-to-end fresher hiring campaigns for diverse clients.
- Enhance services provided to stakeholders by collecting and acting on feedback from
campuses.
- Supervise and oversee walk-ins.
- Maintain MIS for various drives to assess effectiveness.
- Handle conflicting demands, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively to deliver customer
value successfully.
- Develop case studies for different on-campus and off-campus drives for clients.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose/initiate measures to streamline them.
*Desired Candidate Profile:*
- MBA with a minimum of 1 Year of experience in Recruitment/Client Service/Campus
Hiring
- Relevant recruitment background is advantageous (Requirement Gathering, Analysis,
Implementation, and Delivery)
- Familiarity with online recruitment and experience on online portals is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, with proficiency in managing MIS
- Strong communication abilities
- Readiness to travel to various campus venues within and outside city locations for executing
campus drives
- Quick learner with a positive demeanor and a drive to excel in customer-centric roles
