Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates from various sources such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.
  
• Conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  
• Manage candidate profiles on LinkedIn and other job portals to ensure accurate data entry.
  
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding progress made in filling open positions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in recruitment consulting or staffing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate engagement.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
