Infoedge - Operations Head (5-10 yrs)

Job Hai (Info Edge), a prominent platform for blue-collar hiring in India, seeks a dynamic and results-driven Operations Lead for their Delhi NCR location. This pivotal role involves overseeing various operational aspects, including team leadership, lead management, client management and quality audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

- Ability to understand business requirements and create processes to handle the same. Key process ownership includes:

- Managing the on-boarding experience on customers

- Prevent platform level fraud

- Own customer experience with more focus on paid customers

- Should be able to understand different business and product flows and envision new processes and systems to drive business outcomes

- Leverage technology and automation to build scalable process

- Bring in data first approach to enable data driven decision making.

People Management:

- Manage a team of young people who could be owners of different sub-processes

- Work with each individual process owner to manage process

- Drive hiring, training and management of the same

- Set up and drive quality control and audit in all processes

Stakeholder Management:

- Work with different business owner to understand business context and business requirements

- Liaison with product and engineering team to enable automation and leverage technology

- Work with monetization team to drive closure on customer problems

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges

- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations or related roles

- Exposure to consumer internet platforms

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem solving - have first principle thinking, ability to define problems, take a structure first solution approach - outline success metrics, figure out levers to move them and execute accordingly

- Ability to strategize- create roadmaps for different problems at hand, ability to prioritize projects basis impact and available resources

- Ability to understand, consume and process data requirements- make data first decision making

- Leverage technology, automation, Generative AI to drive scale and quality
