We are DoSelect (acquired by Naukri.com), a leading skill assessment platform collaborating with L&D functions to optimize their talent management processes.

Role Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Manager/ Account Executive with a deep understanding of the corporate L&D sectors. This role requires technical proficiency to effectively engage with clients and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Assess client needs and goals within the corporate L&D sectors, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to leverage our platform for assessment initiatives, focusing on maximizing value for clients.
  • Utilize technical expertise to showcase the effectiveness of our platform and its integration into client processes, driving adoption and usage.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and strategic expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the benefits and features of our platform, demonstrating how it can address their business challenges.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and platform capabilities, driving incremental revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in sales efforts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain high levels of engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably within the corporate L&D sectors.(B2B)
  • Strong understanding of EdTech and corporate L&D domains, with technical proficiency to effectively engage with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed sales decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
