Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive:

 Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats

 Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation

 Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

 Perform effective online demos for prospects

 Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals

 Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets

 Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements and skills

 Proven inside sales experience of 0-2 years

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100-120 calls per day.

 Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

 Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools

 Strong listening and presentation skills.

 Minimum Qualification – Graduate.

 Working knowledge of MS Programs – MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
