  • MBA with 12-15 years of Experience in B2B Sales
  • Prior experience in Solution selling in any B2B sales role.
  • Proven capability in building relationships with CXO/VP/Director-level client contacts.
  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota.
  • Background in relationship-building and contract negotiations
  • Prior experience in handling large teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific business drivers.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Develop new relationships and expand existing relationships to drive Sales
  • Past Experience in handling New client acquisitions.
  • Lead from the front and own revenue and profitability goals for the self and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Ownership: Lead and Manage two Business segments at Branch – Named & Retail
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute robust sales strategies in Named and Retail Business that align with organization’s growth plans. Prioritize Retention, revenue growth with Existing clients and market expansion with new client acquisition.
  • Revenue Leadership: Spearhead the sales team to consistently meet and surpass revenue goals. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while refining sales processes to optimize performance and conversion rates.
  • Solution Selling: Ensure right processes of solution selling is adopted by team by identifying client opportunities and selling the right mix of products so that client gets the right talent and we get the right wallet share through Value selling
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior. Use these insights to adapt and refine sales strategies, ensuring Naukri’s continued market leadership.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Design and implement innovative customer acquisition and retention strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with Top clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Outcome-Focused Leadership: Establish clear, measurable goals and KPIs for the sales team. Regularly assess performance, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with company goals overarching mission and objectives.
  • Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class sales team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.


Lead two Business segments at Branch – Named & Retail

  • Develop and execute segment specific business strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Top clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with the senior leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with overall goals.
  • Help New client acquisition team to develop strategies to increase penetration in maximum no of territories
