Job Opportunity:
Would be responsible for Branch Sales and Delivery
A. Developing New Business Avenues for NaukriCampus & Do Select products for Pune Branch.
B. Responsible for achieving quarterly, annual revenue and adoption targets.
Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills.
Should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members.
Will be responsible for key client retention, renewals and increase ARPU per client.
Review sales reports, leads generated, conversions, etc.
Demonstrated ability to crack newer accounts and penetrate market.
Build strong and successful relationships with current and potential customers.
Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for region.
Manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement.
Collaborating with “Naukri Team” for NaukriCampus/DoSelect leads, renewals and closure of accounts.
Focus on New Products (Do Select) and identify the opportunities in Promoting, Cross Selling and pushing in the market.
You should have:
Any Graduate + MBA with min 7 -10 Years of relevant experience.
Experience/Knowledge in either HR, Recruitment Tech or Recruitment Functions, Online Assessments would be added advantage.
Experience of managing large enterprises.
Constantly achieved and super achieved targets.
Team handling experience is a must.
High impact communicator including ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
