Job Objective:  The incumbent will design, implement, and evaluate training programs aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of our sales team. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new sales staff and continuously enhancing the skills of our existing team members. Your expertise will directly contribute to our overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
 
Job Description: 
  • Training Program Development: Design comprehensive training programs tailored to the recruitment industry, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends.
  • Onboarding/Product Training: Create and deliver an engaging onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they understand our products, services, and company culture.
  • Skills Assessment: Evaluate the current skills of the sales team and identify areas for improvement through assessments and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to refine and improve training materials and methods.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales team to align training objectives with business goals and sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions, participant progress, and training effectiveness metrics to report to management.
 
Required Skills:
  • MBA in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or product training
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals.
  • Proficient in using MS office
