Role Overview-

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team and specialize in hiring for Auto, Manufacturing, Civil, Construction, EPC, Semiconductor, Chemical, and Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting talent for niche technical roles, working closely with hiring managers to deliver the best-fit candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including understanding manpower requirements, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing positions.
• Role Specialization: Recruit for entry-level, middle-level, and senior-level technical positions across industries, such as Design Engineers, Project Managers, Safety Officers, Production Heads, Civil Engineers, and others.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage platforms like Naukri.com, job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, internal referrals, and campus hiring to source the best candidates.
• Collaboration with Business Teams: Partner with business managers to create impactful job descriptions and align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
• Hiring Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring projections within specific TATs while maintaining compliance with internal processes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure proper documentation for candidates, prepare progress reports, maintain recruitment MIS, and share updates with leaders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant field.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment for non-IT industries (e.g., Auto, Manufacturing, EPC, Civil, Oil & Gas, etc.).

• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in using Naukri.com and other recruitment tools.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles and recruitment best practices.
• Experience managing recruitment cycles for middle to senior-level positions.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
