About the role:

As the team is majorly involved in the Client Side Requirements, the role for the Graphic/Motion Designer will be to deliver strong and clean visual designs. Creation of Banners, Mailers, Motion Creatives and Video Editing and will be the major task to deliver. The candidate has to work very closely with the Product, Tech and other respective teams to ensure continuity.

Job Purpose:

Focus on client servicing from design perspective.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Strong, clean visual design sense.

2. Designing visually stunning user interfaces

3. Producing graphic elements for use in websites and mobile solutions

4. Understanding and assuring brands characteristics and attributes

5. Translating wireframes into visual design

6. Creating style guides, graphics and icons

7. Stay up to date on current trends in visual design for web, mobile, desktop and tablet apps

8. Ability to take critiques with a positive attitude

9. Working closely with the product and technical teams to ensure continuity

10. Interaction with Sales to know their requirement and gathering data

11. Interaction with other departments for various reasons and requirements

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of Experience in Web & Graphic Designing

2. Should be able to lead from front, calling sales and clients for understanding requirements, doing targets.

3. Should have exposure to good design trends and latest technology.

4. Strong verbal, written and visual communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to adjust to changing priorities.

6. Solid background and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premier-Pro & Aftereffect are Must require)

7. Demonstrated success in delivering visually pleasing designs.

8. Strong knowledge of color theory, page layout and typography

9. Be a creative problem-solver and an effective communicator.

10. Powerful and exemplary portfolio of previous projects and work products produced

11. Good understanding of multichannel digital strategy

12. Open to feedback and knows how and when to defend design choices
