Role & Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Post-Production:
  
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, AV (Audio-Visual) presentations, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure professional-grade output with smooth transitions, visual effects, and polished editing.
• Develop and implement creative visual elements like motion graphics, titles, text overlays, and dynamic transitions.

• 2D Animation & Motion Graphics:
  
• Create engaging 2D animations and visual effects to enhance storytelling and maintain audience interest.
• Design custom animated intros, outros, lower-thirds, and infographics to complement the content.

• Voiceover Syncing & Audio Editing:
  
• Synchronize voiceovers and dialogues seamlessly with the video timeline.
• Incorporate background music, sound effects, and voice enhancements for a refined output.
• Balance audio levels and perform noise reduction for clarity and impact.

• Content Optimization & Platform Adaptation:
  
• Export videos in multiple formats optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and social media platforms with required resolutions and aspect ratios.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos based on platform-specific requirements.

• Project Management & Timely Delivery:
  
• Plan and create a structured video timeline to ensure organized workflows and efficient project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Organize and archive video files for future use and easy access.

• Creative Input & Trend Analysis:
  
• Provide creative concepts for impactful video content aligned with marketing goals and trends.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, editing techniques, and social media trends to produce fresh and engaging content.

• Responsibility & Accountability:
  
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring quality control and consistent branding throughout all outputs.
• Be accountable for delivering high-quality content that exceeds client expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:
  
• Minimum 23 years of proven experience in video editing, 2D animations, and motion graphics.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in YouTube videos, reels, AV presentations, and promotional videos.

• Technical Skills:
  
• Expertise in Video Editing Software:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced editing, multi-camera setup, and timeline management).
• Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual effects).
• Final Cut Pro (Video trimming, transitions, and color grading).
• Sound Editing Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Audition or equivalent for sound design and voiceover integration.
• Animation Tools: Hands-on experience in creating 2D animations and text effects.
• File Management Skills: Ability to handle large video files and optimize storage solutions.
