Executive/ Sr. Executive L&OD

Location: Navi Mumbai

Department: L&OD

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops and seminars
• Manage all logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, and participant registration
• Support the development and execution of training programs and curricula
• Track and maintain records of training attendance, feedback and evaluation results
• Serve as the primary point of contact for training related inquiries from employees and managers
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and training providers
• Stay informed on the industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and processes
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
