Job description

As an HR Executive cum Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll execute end-to-end HR functions, including

• HR Policy Implementation and Compliance within Organisation
• Employee Welfare Programs and motivational activities.
• Talent Acquisition using various portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri etc.,
• Co-ordination of interview process with prospective employees with existing tech team
• Onboarding, and Employee relations.
• Build relationships with colleges to hire young talent for employment and internship.
• Manage Glassdoor, Company Website and Social Media channels presence for company branding.
• General Office Administration.
• Documentation, Filing and organising company wide meetings for various purposes.

Qualification and Skills :

• Graduate or MBA, preferably in HR, with relevant experience of minimum 3 years in IT company.
• Outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills with impactful presentation.
• Excellent organizational and people management skills.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
