About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can guide our teams in following Agile principles and Scrum practices. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can guide our teams in following Agile principles and Scrum practices. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the Team: Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, providing support and removing impediments to help the team achieve its goals.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching to team members on Agile best practices and Scrum framework, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
- Ensure Delivery: Work with the product owner and development team to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring timely and quality delivery of increments.
- Track and Report: Monitor and report on key Agile metrics, such as burndown charts, velocity, and sprint progress, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous improvement in team processes, workflows, and collaboration through regular retrospectives and feedback.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Manage Risks: Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating issues when necessary.
- Champion Agile Practices: Advocate for Agile and Scrum methodologies within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required; additional Agile certifications (e. g. , SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
- Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development practices and technologies is preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor Agile teams to achieve high performance.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Industry Experience: Experience in [specific industry, e. g. , finance, healthcare, technology].
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Advanced Certifications: Advanced Scrum certifications (e. g. , CSP-SM, A-CSM) or experience with scaling frameworks (e. g. , SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
