Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and foster a high-performing team environment. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile principles, removing impediments, coaching team members, and continuously improving team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Agile Facilitation & Coaching

Guide and coach the team on Scrum, Agile best practices, and principles.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Team Support & CollaborationAct as a servant leader for the development team, ensuring they are empowered to achieve goals.Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement and ensuring clear, well-defined user stories.Foster collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders.Impediment Removal & Problem-SolvingIdentify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress.Work closely with stakeholders to address dependencies and constraints.

Encourage a mindset of problem-solving and accountability within the team.Continuous Improvement & Agile TransformationAnalyze team performance metrics and suggest improvements.Drive Agile adoption across the organization, coaching stakeholders on Agile methodologies.Promote a culture of experimentation and learning.Qualifications & Skills:Required:Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).Preferred:Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.).Experience in software development or IT project management.Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks.Benefits & Must have Skills;1.
