We are seeking a Customer Care Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a customer care department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The Customer Care Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a customer care department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
