Customer Care Executive

Job Summary-
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for our international customer support process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls for international customers.
• Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers and experienced candidates (0-3 years) can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle international customers with a professional approach.
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an international BPO is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer service tools and CRM software is beneficial.
• Candidates with a neutral accent and good comprehension skills are preferred.
