Circle Enterprise Sales Associate - MIS

Skill Sets requirements:

1. Independent analysis of civil structures & Building identification for IBS

2. Exposure to Software such as Staad pro, CAD, MS office - Optional

3. Ability to understand technical parameters and carryout work in IBS, IA & Govt accounts

4. Power point, Maintaining & updating all MIS as per requirements.

5. Working of office automation Proprietary Tools as available

6. Understand team requirements and perform tasks related to Fibre, Electrical and IBS.

7. Good communication skills.

Job Description:

1. Working with structure drawings with respect to IBS & OD by checking SST report & layout shared by TSP & consultant.
2. Share drawings with customers for smooth execution of IBS sites.
3. Co-ordination with BOQ punching team for punching correct tower / pole type & correct number of poles.
4. Scope of IA/IBS update & tracking in terms of SP-RFAI.
5. Follow-up on new SR punching and SO to release in ISQ.
6. Raising PR-PO for IBS & OD sites.
7. Checking the material movement and follow up on Site Ready ness during RFAI.
8. Internal and external stakeholders coordination for electrical, pole, RF Cables and combines & others.
9. Co-ordinate with deployment / TSP team for any changes required during execution phase due to owner issue or construction difficulty.
10. Co-ordination with operation team & consultant for new sites
11. Co-ordination & follow up with Ramboll team for revised IBS sites.
12. Uploading of all drawing, agreements & reports on common share folder.

Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:

• Graduate with Technical Background

Knowledge Required

• Knowledge of Telecom Field

Skills / Competencies

• Negotiations and Review skills. Data Analytic skills

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)

• Minimum Four Years of IBS & Enterprise sales Experience required
