The SalesAccount Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring strongrelationships with clients, and driving business growth. The role focuses onboth generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts toachieve revenue targets.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. KeyAccount Management
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and business objectives.
Regularly meet with key clients to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.
2.Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with clients to identify potential areas for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs and drive new business.
3. ClientMeetings Engagement
Schedule and conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with key accounts.
Present new products, services, and solutions to clients, ensuring they are aligned with their business goals.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to keep them informed of new offerings and opportunities.
4.Revenue Growth Target Achievement
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets for key accounts.
Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with sales goals.
Report on account activities, opportunities, and revenue projections.
5.Account Retention Satisfaction
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Address client issues promptly and work to resolve any challenges.
Implement strategies to retain clients and minimize churn.
6.Collaboration Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and support, to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align on account strategies and campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management or sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet with clients regularly.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
