We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our client - MINISTER Office Furniture in Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with most valuable clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term success for both customers and our MINISTER Office Furniture.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to key accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to maintain a strategic advantage
Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management
Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
Resolve complex customer issues and escalations promptly and effectively
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in key account management or a similar role - Office furniture sales
