Job Profile
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Roles Responsibilities
\u2981Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
\u2981Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
\u2981Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
\u2981Promote the companyproducts/services addressing or predicting clientsobjectives.
\u2981Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
\u2981Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
\u2981Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
\u2981Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
\u2981Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents andcommunicating relevant information. - Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and presentreports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the teamprogress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in otheradministrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- BBA/ BMS in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales ormarketing will be an asset
- Minimum 2-year experience.
- Salary- Good hike on the previous salary.
