Job Profile - Team Lead - Talent Acquisition
Title -Team Lead- Talent Acquisition
Qualification -MBA -Human Resource, Any Graduation
Experience - 5-7 years, Min. 3 years recruitment experience in the Engineering industry
Reports To - HR Manager
Key Functional Area:
1. Talent Acquisition - Responsible for End-to-End recruitment initiatives across levels.
2. Team Management - Driving talent acquisition team ensuring maximum & timely output.
3. Strategic Role- Participate in identifying & planning different hiring avenues for various roles.
4. Brand Management - Establish Indovance as a brand through events and initiatives at campuses.
5. Stakeholder management- coordinate and handle different stakeholders of recruitment
including hiring managers, platform partners, interviewing panels etc.

Skillset:
1. Proven experience leading a talent acquisition team and managing recruitment efforts within a corporate environment.
2. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and offer negotiation.
3. Strong hold on MS office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
4. Strong understanding of different hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn)
5. Expertise in handling ATS & hiring avenues
6. Good people reader
Key Responsibilities:
(Note: This job role requires employee to work from office and working remotely/ from home will not
be permissible)
1. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and consistent
achievement of recruitment goals.
2. Understand and execute full-cycle recruiting, including screening, analyzing, interviewing and
evaluating candidates.
3. Lead and manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding,
ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and departmental strategies.
4. Create and maintain clear reporting system using different dashboards and tools available in the
system.
5. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the function, determine screening parameters
& necessary characteristics of the role and develop a hiring strategy accordingly.
6. Monitor and ensure the Applicant Tracking System is kept up to date with candidate
information, status updates, and all communication logs, ensuring a smooth and organized
recruitment process.
7. Employ strong selection criteria to evaluate candidates effectively, utilizing behavioral and
competency-based interviewing techniques. Stay informed on best practices in digital and social
media recruitment technologies.
8. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with
recruitment team, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in hiring
decisions.
9. Knowledge of social networks, CV databases, and business connection building tactics.
10. Continuously assess and improve the talent acquisition process, introducing new tools,
techniques, and strategies to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate
experience.
11. Proven track record of recruitment and landing top talent in the engineering services industry.
