• To Maintain the serviceability availability of HVAC systems and other utilities (FDP PHE).
• Execution of Opex and Capex as mentioned in Annual Operating Plan
• Spare and Inventory Management
• Contract Management
• Departmental (Mechanical) SAP Management
• Develop robust SLA monitoring process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Special/Initiatives - Participate in business excellence programs in the areas of process excellence, cost reduction, energy savings initiatives, implementation of 5 s , audits and implementation of audit points
• Training of contractors staff

Concessionaires, Airlines, Aviation Services and other all contractors in Terminal

Securities - CISF , Delhi Police, BCAS

• Capex Budget - 0.25 Crore

• Total External Maintenance team employee size up to 150 numbers.
• Fire and PHE Pump House having 03Nos. Electrical driven duty pumps, 02Nos. Diesel engine driven duty pumps, 03Nos. Jockey Pumps, 23Nos. Potable Flush Water Pumps(Hydro-pneumatic System), 50000 Detectors, 50Nos. FACP s, 90000 Sprinklers, 750 Hydrants, 40 Deluge Valve Stations, HVAC Plant Capacity 3600 TR with 10 Km piping, 10,000 m2 ducting, 120 AHUs, 60 Fans, 350 Split AC units,90 Windows, 120 Ductable units.

• Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering
• Engineering Diploma - Mechanical Engineering

• Experience of at least 3 - 5 years for BE/B.Tech. with relevant experience in Mechanical Systems (Fire Detection Protection, PHE and HVAC)
• Experience of at least 5 - 8 years for 3Yrs. Engg. Diploma. with relevant experience in Mechanical Systems (Fire Detection Protection, PHE and HVAC)
• Good Communications skills
