Job Description
- Supporting activities in payment processing including Payments
Downloading the Bank Statements and Verification of Processed Payments with the Bank Statements for identifying Bounced Payments
Providing Payment Advice along with the detailed Break up and UTRs to the Business Users / Business F & A
Weekly report to Highways Sector for the payments made during the week.
Sending the Invoices and Supporting documents to Energy & Highways as per the ASM Audit requirement
Payment transactions
- Vendors
- Continuous interaction with Business Users Business F&A, SSC R 2 R,
- Clear knowledge on Accounts Payable process and Payments
- Commerce Graduate
- Shared Service Centre experience will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience is essential
- Exposure to SAP preferred or other standard Enterprise-level ERP
- Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting and Taxation preferable
- Working skills in MS Office suite especially MS Excel
