Sr Associate - Cargo Security

JOB PURPOSE

To provide assistance/support to GM/Mgr-Security (Cargo) for smooth execution of operations at Cargo Complex.

Operational support/assistance to GM/Mgr-Security (Cargo) for issuance of visitors and regular entry passes and enforcement initiatives at Cargo Complex. Coordination with different stakeholders and agencies like CISF, Customs, Delhi Police, Airlines, CHAs etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators To ensure timely scrutiny, processing, preparation and further issuance of regular/permanent entry passes at DIAL-Cargo Pass Section As per SOP To ensure proper issue of visitors passes at city-side gates of Cargo complex as per SOP and resolve issues, if any, related to hundreds of visitors/employees. As per SOP To monitor and report incidents/IR issues on 24x7 basis. 100% To lead a team involving different stakeholders for conduct of surprise checks. Daily To undertake dispute resolution in parking areas involving parking contractor and visitors/staff of different entities On-going Activity To gather intelligence in the cargo complex and apprise superiors for further action. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators To coordinate with different entities i.e. cargo operations, Airlines, Customs, Police and CISF during IR situations, operational issues and other issues of urgent nature. On-going Activity To conduct surprise checks in parking areas for illegal activities like drinking, gambling etc. No of penal actions To supervise/monitor the ground performance of RAXA security in city-side area of Cargo Complex. Access Control as per SOP Checking of security gadgets for defects and arrange repairs thereof 100% Checking of city-side perimeter of Cargo Complex to plug loop holes through Engg Team of DIAL Daily checking

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• The incumbent should be a graduate ( in any Discipline). Should have successfully qualified in the Basic AVSEC course conducted by Regulatory Authority.
• Desirable- Trainings like DGR CAT-6 & 12.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Should have worked at a similar position in an Aviation/Hospitality Industry. Minimum experience - 05 yrs of service.
