Job Description

- Handle CSR Activities for the department - Planning, Coordination and Implementation.
- Coordinate with site for implementation of EHS activities as per approved EHS plan.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicators Support project head in all project development activities:
- Coordination for undertaking feasibility studies, EIA, Statutory local clearances, land acquisition, power sale activities, regulatory approvals, power evacuation etc. for ongoing project (Upper Karnali, Talong, Alaknanda HEPs)
- Monitoring the compliances and maintaining the records.
AOP preparation and monitoring
- Preparation of half yearly / yearly AOP for all projects (Upper Karnali, Talong, Alaknanda HEPs).
- Monitoring with project expenses vs Budgeted levels.
Coordination of progress report and preparation of MIS/ Review Presentations
- Coordination with Site for progress report inputs for under construction projects.
- Preparation of MIS/ review presentation (Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly) for CEO/BCM/GHB for all projects.

- Support in Bidding / acquisition of new projects in Hydropower / PSP sector.
- Tracking of Bids announcement / requirements and reporting the updates.
- Assist in preparation of Bid documents.

- Coordination with GMRVF for implementation of project specific plan.
Environment, Health and Social Plan (EHS):
- Coordinate with site for implementation of EHS activities as per approved EHS plan.
- Support site team in EHS Compliances.
- Primary Health services Social activities - Planning, Coordination / budgeting and Implementation.
- Re-habitation resettlement plan - Coordination / budgeting and Implementation.
