• Responsible for conducting Financial and Tax Due Diligence for newly Acquired Business.
• Responsible for Financial Integration for new acquired business ( W/0 tools) and manage business Post Acquisition.
• Responsible for Implementing Quest Global Reporting Structure with all Operating parameters for ease for Consolidation
• Preparation of various business models for business use .
• Responsible for SPA finalization with commercial and tax clauses inclusion and take it to closure
• Responsible for building a set of analytical resources, meaningful reporting, and methodologies to enhance decision-making support at Quest Global
• Responsible for providing advice counsel to management for development of appropriate actions and supports business.
• Responsible for supporting CEO of Target Company with MIS and other needs for achieving Growth / Profit and Cash Flow Targets.
• Responsible for presenting business insights through Management Meeting for improvising business Performance for Acquired Entities.
• Responsible for Acquisition Structure finalization working with Tax team internally.
• Understand As isprocess of Acquired company for all the areas Finance/ HR/ TAT , Tools etc
• SPOC to interact with Finance ( Organic ) /HR / IT / Operations etc
• Control of Banks and manage Cash Flow Requirement
• Train team members of Acquiring Company about Quest Global Process and Reporting Mechanism for Finance.
• Implement Quest Global Finance Reporting Structure with all Operating parameters for ease for Consolidation
• Implement Forecasting and Budgeting process.
• Support CEO of Acquired Company with MIS and other needs for achieving Growth / Profit and Cash Flow Targets.
