Job Description
- Lead the GMR AA: Business Development, Marketing & Customer Relation Program. Develop & Implement BD Strategy, design & implement various Schemes & Initiatives, Trade Participation, Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Effectively manage large no. of Customer Relations, Stakeholder & Regulatory Relationships for Cargo-centric Joint Initiatives, Strategies, Infrastructure Improvement & Training Development as per customer requirements
- The incumbent will be responsible for development & marketing of courses, placement of external participants after completion of course digital marketing and branding of GMR Aviation Academy.
- Design and develop multi-country Training Business & Program Development Strategy
- Launch Innovation and latest technology Programs
- Organize Strategic Tie-ups with Industry, Customers, Channel Partners and Regulatory Bodies
- Develop new revenue streams and high-yield programs
- Strategy/ AOP for GMRAA and make-up plan for adverse business condition
- GMRAA Strategy, Geographic Expansion
- Number of programs
- No. of tie-ups with various stakeholders
- Revenue target & % of high yield programs

- Commencement of courses at required interval as planned in AOP

- Experience in social media marking.
- 18-20 years in Training & Development, BD, Strategy, International Business, Marketing, International Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Strong B2B & B2C Customer Relationship and Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of recent developments, policy changes in International Trade, Opportunities & Restrictions
