Job Description: Senior Manager Finance and accounts

1. Handling the overall accounting, invoice processing and payment for Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) procured by the Company.
2. Sound knowledge of accounting and applicable tax laws.
3. Ability to understand and analyze complex contracts and provide inputs to business/ Finance leaders on possible financial impacts. Performing analytical reviews and prepare complex accounting models under various scenarios.
4. Ability to handle a team of 6-7 direct / indirect reportees.
5. Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial control, Internal SOPs and accounting policies and procedures.
6. Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of various MIS and reports for the management.
7. Ensuring timely payments to vendors and perform periodic reconciliation with them.
8. Handling quarterly statutory and internal audit of respective areas handled by the team and ensure no audit observations.
9. Communication with oil marketing companies Domestic and overseas.
10. Self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative.
11. Excellent Microsoft office skills including MS Outlook, MS excel and MS powerpoint.
12. Exposure of working in SAP.
13. Experience of more than 15 years in Industry handling accounting and finance controllership.
