Onboarding Executive

Position: - Human Resource Executive

Required Education: MBA HR

Required Experience: 3 to 4 years

Location: Tata AutoComp Global Shared Services HPV3+R93, Hinjawadi Phase II, Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with SAP (System Applications and Products) for HR processes.
• Skilled in using and updating HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) for employee records, data management, and reporting
• Familiar with employee benefits administration through HRIS systems
• Strong understanding of HR software tools for onboarding processes.
• Ability to generate detailed HR reports and analyse employee data to support decision-making

Onboarding

• Pre boarding - Share Documents with candidate once offer rolled, BGV & Pre – Emp. Health checkup, Support to fill all documents follow-up for BGV & Health checkup, Share list of new joiners with IT Team
• Onboarding - Verify all Original documents of new joiner, Paperwork (all declaration forms), Prepare & Share Hiring inputs for System Hiring, Fiori Induction to New joiner, raise request for Email ID creation & Laptop, Issue Punching card, Raise request for Vendor code Creation
• After Boarding - Raise SLA Request for Fiori Activation, Share Fiori credentials with Employee, New Joiner query resolution, Feedback about onboarding

Time attendance

• Time attendance of employees
• Share LOP Report with all Employees
• LOP Regularization as per request from Emp
• Run Time evaluation
• Recheck LOP Report for confirmation
• Handle LOP regarding queries
