HR Operations

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle employee queries and concerns.
• Facilitate the induction process for new joiners.
• Gather necessary data for database updates and payroll processing of new hires.
• Update the employee database with client assignments.
• Prepare reports on employee performance, purchase orders, skill matrix, headcount, insurance, and attrition.
• Oversee attendance (time sheet) management for employees.
• Reconcile additional payouts by retrieving data from client portals or through manual approval.
• Generate payroll inputs based on attendance and payout data.
• Communicate exits to employees based on client confirmations and guide them through the exit process.
• Collect required exit clearances from clients and finalize Full and Final (FNF) records.
• Interact with client managers to address employee support and handle grievances effectively.
• Share details of new joiners, separations, salary revisions, attendance details, allowances, and final settlements with the payroll team.
