Job Profile

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.HR Executive responsibilities include updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Conducting exit interviews on employee separation.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations)
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Manage employees' grievances.
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Required Skill Set:

• Experience / Knowledge with full-cycle recruiting
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
• MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
