We have an opening for Sales Coordinator (Exports) with Indiana Gratings Pvt Ltd at Mumbai (Marol) Location.

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Offer follow up with client and updating the status in tally system.
• Invoice payment follow up.
• Expired BG Follow up / EMD follow up.
• Preparing Mipo ( manufacturing Indent Purchase Order ) and uploading it in our CRM portal.
• Coordinating with the factory concern for getting the manufacturing status updates.
• Coordinating with our accounts /finance team for any finance related discrepancies.
• If required, sometimes might have to travel to clients site and our plant in Pune /HO in Mumbai.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Person must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
2. Due to the volume of communication that will be required with clients, Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills.
