Over the past seven years, the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) has garnered validation, support, and funding from esteemed individuals and organizations. While numerous programs worldwide aim to cultivate management capabilities for the social sector, they often reside within larger university ecosystems or business schools, where they may receive lesser attention compared to mainstream programs. ISDM stands out as the sole institution globally dedicated to fostering a comprehensive ecosystem for Development Management, focusing on pioneering work in critical areas.

ISDMs initiatives encompass:

• Knowledge Creation: Establishing a Global Knowledge Hub to create, disseminate, and institutionalize contextual knowledge on building, leading, and managing social purpose organizations, networks, and platforms.
• Talent Nurturing: Offering the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM) to attract and develop top-tier talent capable of addressing management challenges within the sector.
• Capacity Building: Providing Strategic Capacity Building programs to enhance individual and institutional capacities in development management, thereby fostering sustainable and scalable social impact.

ISDM has successfully completed its Proof of Concept Phase and is now set for expansion over the next five years. Key achievements include high placement rates for PGP-DM graduates and plans for increased batch sizes, a new campus, international partnerships, and accreditation. The institute is also conducting research and establishing Centres of Excellence in various areas of social impact. Job Description

The Manager, Outreach is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the outreach strategies for the PGP program. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Outreach and Partnerships Manager full of ideas and capacity to implement plan to reach out to partners for branding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Establish PGP DM as a higher education go to career option amongst targeted youth of the country.
• Plan execute national state level events for ISDM Branding targeting various types of audiences (College events, road shows, meetups, conferences etc.)
• Identify activities forge partnerships with organization to establish PGP DM amongst young working professionals.
• Research partners, identify key audience and generate interest which converts into Admission leads for PGP DM.
• Collaborate with senior management, Admissions and marketing team to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
• Maintain relationship and engagement with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in outreach partnerships with a focus in academia.
• Proven experience in developing partnerships and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking and creativity in developing outreach programs.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
• Networking aptitude with great Multitasking skills and attention to detail.
