ISDM stands out as the sole institution globally dedicated to fostering a comprehensive ecosystem for Development Management, focusing on pioneering work in critical areas.

ISDMs initiatives encompass:

• Knowledge Creation: Establishing a Global Knowledge Hub to create, disseminate, and institutionalize contextual knowledge on building, leading, and managing social purpose organizations, networks, and platforms.
• Talent Nurturing: Offering the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM) to attract and develop top-tier talent capable of addressing management challenges within the sector.
• Capacity Building: Providing Strategic Capacity Building programs to enhance individual and institutional capacities in development management, thereby fostering sustainable and scalable social impact.

ISDM has successfully completed its Proof of Concept Phase and is now set for expansion over the next five years. Key achievements include high placement rates for PGP-DM graduates and plans for increased batch sizes, a new campus, international partnerships, and accreditation. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing and managing content (various formats) for ISDM - all platforms
• Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
• Overseeing a content production teams creation and management of targeted content
• Proofreading and editing blog posts before publication
• Identifying customers needs and gaps in ISDMs content and recommending new topics
• Cooperating with the marketing team to create web content and monitor its effectiveness over time
• Maintaining a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
• Using target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
• Staying abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company
• Managing Content Repository
• Creating Brand Guidelines for Content Writing

Key Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Graduate in English, Journalism, or a related field with 3-7 years of work experience
