Job Title: Sr. Manager - Recruitment


Location: Mumbai/ Hyderabad (work from office). Candidates looking for remote working or not comfortable with the job location need not apply.


Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Lead to join our organization. As a Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Your primary goal will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our company's values and objectives. You will play a critical role in building a talented and diverse workforce that drives organization's success.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment team and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, assessment, shortlisting, Salary negotiations, etc., ensuring the successful hiring of high-quality candidates for all levels and functions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and growth projections.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and department heads to understand workforce needs and create customized hiring plans.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels - job portal, social media, professional networks, recruitment partners etc.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills effectively.
  • Target-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Consistent stakeholder engagement through periodic recruitment review meeting(s) with the internal and external stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (IT/CS preferred). Master's degree in HR or HR certification will be added advantage.


Experience:

  • 10 plus years of experience of recruitment primarily into Technology hiring.
  • Experience in Payment / cloud technology recruitment will be preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Good understanding of recruitment life cycle and ability to attract both Active & Passive Talent from Industry.
  • Good understanding of current recruitment trends, best practices, and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in HR databases, reports, MIS and Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS).
  • Application of advanced recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
