Job Responsibilities:
Build talent pipelines for business units across WebEngage (i.e.Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing etc.) hiring for our current and future job openings
Lead recruitment efforts across India, MEA and SEA
Leverage necessary sourcing channels to attract the best talent for WebEngage
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
Partner will business leaders to understand their talent needs and strategies sourcing efforts accordingly. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
Measure key recruitment metrics, like the source of hire, time-to-hire, diversity ratio, offer drop ratio

Skills:
At least 6+ years of proven hands on experience, handling end to end recruitment cycle for SAAS/Startup/Recruitment agenciesUnderstanding of Saas industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal stakeholders, external partners and candidates)
Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent
Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools
Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment
Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Must have a broad understanding of the external market and how it would influence strategy
A proven consultative approach, deep program management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions
