Manager Enterprise Architecture

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, with a major focus on AWS Cloud technologies.
• Design and implement AWS architecture solutions for specific projects.
• Collaborate with architects and business units to gather and document project requirements, emphasizing AWS services and capabilities.
• Ensure AWS architecture solutions meet business needs and project goals.
• Define and enforce AWS architectural standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise on AWS to project teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews and evaluate project deliverables for compliance with AWS best practices.
• Monitor project progress and assist in issue resolution, leveraging AWS support as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 12 - 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in enterprise architecture or similar roles, including significant experience with AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with customer requirements to map with capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in AWS environments.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Professional AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or advanced AWS training.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams using AWS technologies.
• Proven success in implementing enterprise architecture solutions on AWS in an enterprise environment.
• Successful management of complex AWS enterprise architecture projects.
• Continuous learner who stays updated with AWS and industry technology trends.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees in relevant fields are a plus.
• Relevant advance certifications in AWS architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS development methodologies and agile practices is a plus.
