Job Description
To drive organizational revenue through strategic collaborations with Corporates for providing Leasing facility to them.
1. Business Development
Manage the B2B Sales process - having in depth knowledge of Lease business
Liaison with key personnel of the Corporate at CXO level (CFO, Head HR, Head Administration, among others)
Grow the network of Corporates on a regular basis - foster and manage robust relationships with them.
Lead generation, credentials, and solutions pitch, negotiate and close the account of such Corporates
Develop territories across the span of geography assigned
Coordinate with car Dealers for providing best deals to the Corporates
Paramount focus on Dealer and Corporate Relationship
2. Interdepartmental work
Regular interaction with colleagues in other departments like Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations.
3. Dashboards
Develop and publish Leasing related dashboards.
Share generated Management Information Systems (MIS) with the management for review and analysis.
4. Team Management
Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various roles in the team
Identify high potential talent and provide opportunity to groom them for future roles
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the teams success.
To train & motivate the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Graduate in any stream
b) Key skills required
Minimum 6-8 of work experience in sales in a auto finance company
Good communication skills - Sales Presentations and Key Accounts outlook is a must
Knowledge of Leasing business
Good interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills and tact
Stakeholder Management skills
