Job Title : Project Manager ( Vice President )- Data Center & Training Institute

Summary:

• Hands on experience on Operations & Maintenance of Tier-3/ Tier-4 certified Data center (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Data Center Design & build will be preferable.
• Excellent understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing aspects of operation &
  maintenance.
• Knowledge of Civil construction of commercial buildings.
• Strong understandings of statuary, Regulatory & Audit compliances.
• Excellent project, contract & vendor management skills.

Candidates belonging to state of Odisha having knowledge of local language & culture would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Act as next level of contact after Senior Vice President - Corporate Services for this project
  and will be responsible for operations & maintenance of Data center & Training institute
  complexes.
• To oversee Civil & MEP construction of Data Centre & Training institute.
• Undertake Data center risk identification analysis & mitigation measures.
• Ensure operational excellence, SLA management, Undertake root cause analysis by closely coordinating with vendors.
• To be single point of contact with RBI for any escalation & resolution.
• To be completely familiar with Data Centre & Training institute design, Quality, Project closure documents, Payments, Audits, Commercials & Successful closure of Defect liability period by having proactive interaction with vendors such as EIL, ACIL & HPE.
• To actively monitor & coordinate cocompletion operational sustainability of the Data Center.
• Experience in facilities management of commercial Buildings, integrated Building management system, Access control systems, safety & security of premises by engaging qualified & experienced vendors.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills for interaction with RBI regional office.

Educational Qualification :

• B. Tech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Certification in PMP or equivalent is preferred

Experience : Overall 18 + years experience with 7+ Years of relevance experience in Data Center
Operations & Maintenance.

Knowledge :

• Sound knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service
  Management
• Understanding of information processing principles and practices
• Knowledge on Civil, Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety & Security, Passive
  Networking and iBMS.

Skills :

• Hands on experience on Data Center & Training Institute Operations & Maintenance
• Uptime Certification, Uptime Standard.
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
