Job Description

  • To be able to conceptualise, organise and deliver financially sucessful events, carrying teams with leadership role, ready to negotaite challenges, able to source good speakers

Responsibilities:

Strategic Event Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key event objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to inform event planning decisions.

Event Conceptualization and Design:

  • Conceptualize innovative and engaging event themes and formats.
  • Create compelling event proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing event materials.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of event professionals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear guidance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Budget Management and Financial Planning:

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue to optimize profitability.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts with vendors and suppliers.

Vendor and Partner Management:

  • Identify and select reliable vendors and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.

Speaker Sourcing and Management:

  • Identify and recruit high-profile speakers and industry experts.
  • Develop speaker contracts and manage speaker fees and logistics.
  • Coordinate with speakers to ensure timely delivery of presentations.

Post-Event Analysis and Reporting:

  • Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis.
  • Collect feedback from attendees and speakers.
  • Prepare detailed event reports, including financial and performance metrics.

Work Experience:

10 to 15 years out of which 3 to 4 years experience with Industry Associations are preferable.


Age Limit:

Around 40 years.
