Project Manager - HR
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Professional to join our team, specialising in
Project Management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on
experience in managing projects while contributing to the planning, development, and
implementation of key organisational initiatives. You will collaborate closely with leaders and
cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and execution of projects related to process improvement,
operational efficiency, and organizational development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of project initiatives.
Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for project
strategies.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support project delivery.
Contribute to process improvements, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational
goals.
Act as a key point of contact for specific project-related activities, ensuring timely
communication and resolution of queries.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: MBA from Tier 1 &2 colleges.
Experience: Prior internship or exposure to project management is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
1 - 2 years
Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
End-to-End Project Management
Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Team Manangement of atleast 5-10 members
