Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and more.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, establish hiring timelines, and deliver the right talent.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and ensure timely feedback and follow-up.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to recruitment marketing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
• Good academic track record
