Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs by conducting cold calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cold calling, negotiation, and presentation.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Client Acquisition role.
