*Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract top leadership talent, including executives, directors, and senior managers.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as headhunting, networking, social media, and partnerships with industry organizations to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and hiring managers to understand leadership needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Employer Branding: Promote Indiamart as an employer of choice through various branding and networking activities.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadership candidates for current and future needs.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in leadership recruitment.
• Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of leadership roles and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
