We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our last mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and customer-centric delivery services while managing day-to-day logistics, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor last mile delivery operations to meet service standards.

Manage and lead a team of delivery personnel, ensuring high performance and productivity.

Optimize route planning, resource allocation, and cost management.

Track and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational processes.

Address and resolve operational challenges, including delays, escalations, and resource shortages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in last mile or logistics operations.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and route optimization software.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
