Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Spearhead HR operations across North & West India, ensuring that our processes are not just efficient but also aligned with our company's strategic goals.
- Employer Branding: Develop and elevate our employer brand, making us a standout choice for top talent in the region.
- Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment strategy for field sales, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to fuel our growth.
- Employee Retention & Wellness: Design and implement initiatives to boost employee retention, wellness, and morale, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Career Progression & Development: Craft and execute career progression plans that foster employee growth and align with our business objectives.
- Innovative Incentive Plans: Devise and implement non-obvious, cost-effective incentive programs that drive performance and engagement.
- Field Engagement: Engage directly with our teams on the ground, traveling to key cities to understand their needs and deliver impactful HR solutions.
