Outreach Coordinators are responsible for executing outreach programs and campaigns to increase community engagement and awareness of the organizations initiatives and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up and Confirmations through efficient Telephone Communication
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, responses, efficacy and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of outreach outcomes with the targets for the initiatives.

Requirements and skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel and CRMs for Reporting
